Shana Savikko, DVM

Shana Savikko, DVM joined Banfield Pet Hospital in 2015 and has advanced through roles including associate veterinarian, chief of staff, and area chief of staff. She now serves as Program Manager for Veterinary Field Programs. A 2005 graduate of the Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Savikko is passionate about preventive care and strengthening the human–animal bond through collaborative relationships with clients and teams. She is driven by a commitment to medical quality and the spectrum of care, ensuring every patient receives evidence‑based care aligned with their family’s needs. She is also dedicated to developing others, teaching new skills, and supporting team growth.
