Rachael has been with Banfield since 2009. She completed her A.S. in Veterinary Technology at Western Career College and continued her education in Environmental Studies, completing her B.S. at San Jose State University. Rachael was working as a wildlife biologist for a private consulting company, but her love of pets brought her back to Banfield full time. She enjoys working with pets everyday and building relationships with clients.In her free time, Rachael enjoys hanging out with her dog, Kobe, going on hikes around the Bay, and eating vegan food.
