Alex Calderon, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Alex Calderon joined the Banfield team in 2019. He attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2019 with a doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. After graduating in 2019, he started his Banfield career which led him to work in California, North Carolina, and finally Florida where he resides with his wife and many animals. Dr. Calderon has several pets: one dog, four cats, two guinea pigs, one corn snake, a bullfrog, a leopard gecko, and hermit crabs. In his free time, he enjoys playing disc golf, exploring the North Florida area, and running with his dog, Eloise. Dr. Calderon passionately believes in Banfield’s mission — creating a better world for pets — by ensuring equal access to medical care and clear communication between pet owners and veterinary staff. A lot can be accomplished when all parties work together towards the health of their pets.
